To achieve this, training strategies must converge towards a unity of knowledge for future managers in the tourism sector.
In this regard, it is increasingly urgent to rethink the programs of all training agencies starting from secondary schools, passing through high schools and ending up with universities - including Master's training - in order to create new learning models that are more useful to the entrepreneurial system and the market.
